Gina qualified as a teacher in England. She has worked to management level in education in London and Devon, for local education authorities, the independent sector and privately.

Gina holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Studies in Education (Dyslexia) from Kingston University, having studied with the Dyslexia Institute. She has been a practicing teacher for over thirty years and for ten years, ran her own full-time specialist practice – the Literacy Support Service in Exeter – for children with dyslexia.

Gina has, for the past fifteen years, developed and produced materials that have provided hundreds of children, successful access to the literacy skills needed by all children.

Nonie Neusinger

Nonie trained and qualified as a teacher in Australia and has over ten years teaching experience in primary schools. Nonie currently runs a successful export marketing business in partnership with her husband, Peter. Nonie has two sons, both dyslexic, and a daughter.

Nonie and Gina worked closely together to enable Nonie’s sons’ achieve competent and functional levels of literacy. They now feel compelled to share their knowledge and skills with others who are dedicated to helping their own children achieve the same.

So, Dyslexikit was born – from professional expertise, personal experience and a commitment to the needs of children and their teachers and parents.
